I've been coming to iSmile since 2000 when they were still operating out of their Mountain View office. Over the years, they've expanded and relocated to a larger space in Sunnyvale. Their staffs, hygienists and doctors are friendly, caring and professional. I annually enroll in an in-house dental savings insurance plan, which costs me and my spouse around $100 for cleaning and x-ray every 6 months.

I have been coming since 2022 . I had a good experience. Very prompt response and quick availability for appointments. The dentists and staff are professional, caring, and always make me feel comfortable during my visits.

February 2025 I was chewing macadamia nuts when something cracked. One of my root canal teeth broke off at the gum line and was not retrievable. Had to have an extraction and then an implant done. Talk to my next door neighbor and his girlfriend had had implants done and I smile dental in Sunnyvale. First of three implants done by Dr Kimberly Kim of I smile dental. State of the art facilities for dental extraction,bone marrow transplant, abutment construction, and fitting of new implant tooth. Main complaint is that some of the state-of-the-art techniques were still experimental and not necessarily easy to do pricing varied from $4,000 to $9,000 per tooth depending on location and size of tooth. My dental insurance would cover $2,000 per year in implant cost. Each implant requires four visits. Visit one is extraction and bone marrow transplant to extracted area. This needs to be done ASAP to minimize gum infection. Visit 2 3 months later is abutment where they put him micro screw inside the base of the enamel. Visit 3 3 months later is fitting and putting on temporary tooth. Visit 4 is putting in the permanent tooth. Three successful implants performed here on my three root canal teeth. The most painful part is the extraction of the broken tooth whereas everything else is a breeze. By the way I've stopped eating macadamia nuts

Have been coming here for years and love the service here from day 1. I feel so comfortable here. Super easy to make appointments, staffs are welcoming, offices are clean and inviting. I simply just enjoy being here. Hard to say that for a dental office.
